X susah nak jumpa since kitorg B4 this pon mmg dah familiar dgn Pekan nie...

Elok je timing diorang...waktu lunch...so kitorg pon cari je gerai kat area2 situ utk makan.

Bincang punya bincang...last2 nak cari apartment lain...

xmo EQuatorial hotel... xmo Country Lodge...

Dari tempat makan tu tetiba ternampak 1 bangunan atas bukit..look interesting...

Parkland apartment...so ke situ la kitorg tuju... yg ni pon stategik gak...

Not far from Berincang town and lagi best sebab kat atas bukit...view lagi cantik...

Lagi murah dr apartment kitorg..same concept, apartment 3 bilik dgn 1 master bed room ( ada 2 queen size bed) dgn 2 bilik with 2 single bed each... harga RM 300 sajjork!

Siap je unpack, solat n wat not...kitorg terus menuju ke Raju's Strawberry farm...

B4 this kitorg dah pernah sampai sini...makcik Tauke ladang tu very the friendly...

last time, dia bg kitorg 2 plastik merah strawberry free kat kitorg before balik..huhuhu

Sadly...kat farm tu xboleh nak self-pluck the strawberry...

Tp alang2 dah sampai tu sempat jugak la kitorg melahap Strawberry Milkshake, Strawberry Chocholate and pancake strawberry

Frankly x sesedap yg kitorg harapkan...






Masih dengan tujuan utama utk memetik sendiri strawberry segar, kitorang singgah ke EQ strawberry farm...

Deposit Rm20 ringgit/tray, sekilo strawberry Rm15, kitorg pon masuk ke farm itu dgn girangnyer...macam budak2 kecik masuk ke kedai coklat lagaknyer...

Tapi mmg best!!! Strawberry dia besar2, merah dan sgt menggiurkan huhuhu ...

Kitorg petik sampai x hengat dunia... plus makan curi2 ( not ME!! )plus sesi fotografi.

Dalam farm tu cuma kitorg berlima sahaja....mmg havoc farm tu jadinyer...

Dekat maghrib baru la kitorg keluar dari ladang tu...

dapat la 3 tray penuh berisi strawberry segar...

1 habis before sampai umah...kitorg makan sejuruss selepas kluar dari farm tu...

Since tak banyak kedai yg masih bukak...kitorg pon turun ke tanah rata dan singgah melawat ke HOspital Cameron...

What else can I say...Mmg dia buat hospital tu konsep English...cantik sangat!!!

Rumah staff n Doctor very the V.A.S.T....

Kalo keje kat Spital Besut I dapat buah2an tempatan mcm rambutan,salak,durian,betik, etc...

I sempat berangan if patient I bawakan strawberry...waaahhhh H.E.A.V.E.N!!!

Then kitorg g makan steamboat..

Cek Deh sgt kawan2 aku!!! p makan kedai yg sama...

Ikut jela..sebab nak jaga hati kawan kan...

baik tak aku? hehehehe

But this time menu lagi banyak laaa sebab 5 orang...Macam biasa...makanan tak dpt di habiskan....

Kul 11pm kitorg decide utk keluar....

Kitorg sempat memborong di pasar malam sebelum pulang ke apartment..

mcm2 dibelinyer...

sayur2, fresh flowers, coklat, strawberry!!!! yupp kitorg beli lagi sebab murah sgt....

biar pon ada berkilo2 lagi yg dipetik petang tadi..hehehehe

I bought chocolate, fresh strawbery, roses and flavored tea for my bro kat KL...

sebab my friends sanggup nak tolong hantar..

and slipar strawberry for my mom...

Balik ke kereta...

kitorg kena saman kerana menyebabkan galangan kepada lalu lintas...

Awal la tu..ala macam la weekend korang dah bangunkan time tu..

Sah2 tengah melingkar lagi bawah selimut...

so mandi2... solat subuh...

pastu kejut mamat sorg ni...penat mengalahkan aku...

dah la aku je yg drive walaupon naik kereta dia...

boleh dia suruh aku yg drive walaupon aku post call...H.A.M.P.E.H!!!

So sementara nak tunggu mamat tu siap..sempat la aku habiskan 1 episode HEROES season 2...

nak on9 xde wifi kat situ...waaaaaaaaa i miss my Myspace frens..hehehe

Pagi tu kitorang breakfast kat pekan Berincang...

Makan roti canai dgn teh tarik, then balik ke bilik dan bersiap2 utk ke Ladang Teh BOH...

Dengan berdasarkan instict sahaja kitorg mencari Ladang Teh Boh tu...hahaha map pon xda ok!

Main terjah je konsep dia... Mak aiiii...jln ke Ladang Teh BOH mmg unexpected...kena masuk jalan2 kampung...risau gak takut sesat

Tapi bak kata org kata kalo hati itu S.U.C.I, pandangan dan firasatnya amat tepat....mukakaka AKHIRNYA...sampai gak kitorang ke puncak ladang teh tu..walaupon jalannya cukup2 mencabar...macam ular kena palu berkali-kali!!!

Wow..view kat ladang tu sgt2 la cantik...masih berkabus mcm berada di kayangan je hehehe...

Belakang tu ladang teh..tapi x nampak sbb kabus tebal..so tgk I je la ekk...hehehehe

Sampai2 je kitorg mendaki ke view point...tinggi gak...k

Kalau sesapa yg asthma sempat la sedut Inhealer tu 2 puff kot...

plus another 2 puff sbb seeeejjjoookkkk!!!!

tapi denai ke puncak tu x cantik sangat sebab pokok2 teh semua dah dicantas...

nampak gersang dan tandus je...

sempat la...posing 3-4 keping gambar kat atas tu before turun n shopping teh kat kedai cenderama BOH...

Almost 2hr kitorg spent time kat sini...sibuk mengambil gambar...sampai tak sedar masa pantas berlalu...

Destinasi seterusnya adalah melawat cactus farm...

sebelum tu ada la kitorg singgah kat beberapa kedai2 tepi jalan, tengok apa2 yg patut..

sambil shopping barang kecil-kecilan, sementara tunggu group nazir sampai...

Ha...cantik tak bunga2 itu... Ni la antara xtvt utama kitorg...Menggambar bunga, scenary etc..

minggu lepas dapat gak lepaskan lelah dgn ber"cuti2 malaysia" kat cameron.
actually a last minute plan... when i realized im not oncall, i called my terengganu fren.. Jaihan. Lucky he was also free. tp kalo g dua org je xmeriah sgt...
so i called my frens from seremban, jempol, KL n telok intan...
kebetulan semua free...tp diaorg cuma boleh sampai ke cameron hari sabtu.

Daripada tak wat pape hari jumaat tu... aku ajak Jaihan bertolak hari jumaat tu gak..
As planned, jaihan sampai ke umah aku pg jumaat.
after solat jumaat, baru bertolak ke cameron,
my staff kata it just 2 hr & 45 minutes...tapi it was an almost 4 hr journey!!!
bezanyer!!! maybe sbb kitorg x familiar with the road..or maybe kitorg pemandu yg sgt berhemah..hehehe
kitorg main terjah je..bukan pernah sampai pon..



Alhamdulillah kul 7.30pm sampai la kitorang kat cameron...
Sampai2 je kitorg survay 4 hotels n apartments. Kalo ikut plan asal my fren, nazir beriya2 nak stay kat hotel equatorial...kitorg g la survey harga. ermm mmg la mampu...( kaedah! nak ckp tak mampu kan...)tp I personally think cam tak berbaloi nak habiskan duit utk hotel je...baik wat g shopping ke beli ladang strawberry ke.. hehehe..

So discuss2 balik dgn jaihan, kitorg plan nak cari hotel lain for us tonite...

Country Lodge Resort offered us the best, only RM120 for a 3 rooms apartment n free steamboat dinner ( actual price 4 the apartment is rm405!!!).. like a sleepy head given a pillow (wakakakaka matila direct translation), kitorg decide to stay that utk 1 mlm je... esok let nazir n the gang decide. Lagi pon lokasinye strategik gak. Betul2 kat pekan Berincang. Lepas check in kitorg g ke pekan utk dinner.

and one of my favorite is sayur batang keras...
ermmm sesuatu sgt nama sayur nie...
hehehehehe
but it quite famous here

pantang larang masak sayur batang keras ni adalah ia tidak boleh dipanaskan lama2 nanti berlendir..... eewwwww!!!

Around 11pm baru kitorg habis dinner...Kenyang yg amat...
We decided to hav a walk kat pekan Berincang... bakar sket kalori yg diambil berlebihan tadi..
then we drove turun tu Tanah rata...
the good thing about pekan2 here is kurang xtvt2 mlm...by 12 midnite...both town macam baru lepas dilanggar garuda..sunyi!
tapi sempat kitorg g lawat hospital cameron highland n masjid kat area tanah rata mlm tue...
nothing mush place to visit mlm2 nie..
after that kitorg drove back to our apartment....bersih2kan diri... unpack brg2 ... watch TV n

• Oncall semalam penuh dgn referral...hari referral sedunia!!!!
• Working kat district hospital nie..nothing much we can do..so certain case which need close monitoring, specialist supervision, advanced drugs or investigation or bila kitorg dah tak tau lagi nak watpe dgn patients tue (hehehehe)..we need to refer them to the tertiery hospital
• so smlm pagi2 lagi I dah refer case from my own ward...
• ( kurang seekor anak ikan peliharaan ku...hehehehe)
• 23 yearold young man with dengue haemorrhagic fever grade III.
• He got upper GI bleed and had ascites...mana doknyer platelet 4 je kan..
• Actually this patient dah vomit out blood since last nite...tapi poor him sbb xde doctor review him. Geram sgt kat doctor yg oncall that time...mujur x jd pape last nite..kalo collapse?
• Sibuk camne oncall pon... kena la priortize keje... this case awal2 lagi should be sent to general hospital...luckily dia ok..selamat di refer ke HRPZ II.
• 2nd case... 26 yo gentleman, alleged MVA, motorcyclist collided with car... came in restless condition, GCS 13, nose bleed, deformed n swollen jaw. otherwise no other injury elsewhere. xray showed fracture mandible. so refer to HUSM.
• 3rd case.. 56 yo makcik, came due to acute abdomen with huge ovarian mass...30x30cm..
• tapi kaedahnyer tetap merayu2 xnak di hantar ke hospital besar...nak dok kat spital aku je?
• nak pujuk makcik nie je dah berejam2...huhuhu...lps slow talk bgtau apa2 yg patut n wat muka comel kat makcik tu...
• At last makcik tu pon surrender dgn pujukan manis dari aku..mukakakakaka
• diagnosis? torsion la kot... hehehe
• another case sent to HUSM
• 4th case... 10 yo mentally challenge girl...alleged PCM aka panadol poisoning... ermm camne la budak mcm ni boleh dapat PCM tu..ni sah2 xsimpan ubat dgn betul..I dont buy her mother story claimed that she alredy put the medication at the safe place...kalo tak takkan la budak tu boleh dpt ubat tue... tp budak ni look bright n lurus...

• me: mari spita bak pe? ( try to sound s kelantan s possible)

• patient : saya kunyah2...xsedap pon..PAHIT!!!!!

• but she claimed she chewed dan makan semua panadol tue. nothing left...x buang n tak dimuntahkan..
• so...call the peadiatric Mo HUSM...and sent to them... mana ada antidot n TDM reagent nak monitor kat sini....

Passive call....

Assalamualaikum...

selamat petang...

Today is my passive call day...oncall gak...tapi passive...I stay kat umah...standby call from the active call...Kalau ada case nak kena accompany to general hospital or too many cases n the active call xleh nak handle...I ll be called...

so tadi dah kena hantar satu case...

15 month old baby boy with down's syndrome..

(ala budak2 yg muka semua ala2 sama je...)

Ha...dia dtg sbb shortness of breath...

kekadang jd biru (cyanosed)

mak dia kata..actually jd gini dah lama, since birth tp on &off

tp baru bawa hari ni sbb makin teruk...

( 15 bulan boleh mak dia biar jek? ermm bila dah teruk baru nak seek medical advice ke?)

tapi xleh nak salahkan his mom 100%...

mentality org kampung kan.. bukan tau sgt... traditional medicine, tok bomoh and pawang2 is always their priority...Lain la kat urban area...so we help with our best la...

Budak tu ada masalah injap jantung...defaulted follow up kat HUSM...so skrg ni dah develop heart failure meaning his heart is not functioning well.( gagal jantung)...worsened by lung infection... xleh nak keep kat our hospital so we sent him to HSNZ....mujur time bawa patient nie..xde la event2 yg tak elok terjadi...risau gak kalo tetiba he tur blue ke stop breathing ke..ewwww berpeluhla aku nak intubate dia...huhuh Chomel je dia tido..("j)

(walaupon kaedahnye ambulan tu punya la laju,dgn terhenjut2nyer...aku jadi pening kepala n tahan nak muntah je....)

Accompany patient inside ambulance is not a pleasant experience!!..yg takde motion sickness pon boleh mabuk!!After 2 and half hour journey yg memeningkan itu...at last sampai jugak ke spital HSNZ. Actually, before hantar case tu sempat gak calling my fren kat sana nak pinjam CD heroes 2nd season n Desperate housewives season 2 & 3! so after settlekan adik ni, I met my old fren Dr. Jaihan ( to take the CD) & my best girl friend Dr. Shima... sempat la gi lunch and borak2 dgn diaorg kat cafe spital yg dulu2 nyer jd tempat kitorg melepak time break!

Thanks Jaihan 4 the CDs...walaupon sempat je mamat nie membebel x puas hati kena dtg awal keje semata2 nak bg CD tu kat aku..hehehehe. Jaihan ko la kawan aku dunia akhirat..walaupon statement ko kat aku itu... S.E.N.T.A.P!!!

Ye ye xde la bosan hujng minggu aku kali ni...ada byk CD nak di khatamkan...best!!!

let me give all of you a general idea wat an O.N.C.A.L.L is...

semlm..my turn to do call. (20hb Jan 2008)
dah lama gak x oncall..sbb baru lps cuti 5 hari...
actually since the night before dah rasa xbest...
got the feeling that this call will be a bad one..
waaaaaaa.....("_)

so I started my call at casualty ( a.k.a emergency department) since 1pm.
spatutnyer start 5pm..tp 4 doctors off that day, so i hav to cover them
1-7pm..non stop seeing patients... bed kat casualty semua full most of the time..
I dah admit n discharge the patients but unable to clear them...
ada je new cases keep replacing & occupying the beds...
Luckily most of the cases yg light2 je...
so tak la pening kepala sgt...


at 7pm baru dapat berhenti...
so I masuk my room utk solat asar and alang2 solat maghrib sekali...ala2 jamak je..
(hehehe ada ke jamak asar dgn maghrib?tah menuntut ilmu agama kat mana la mamat nie.. ("p))
lepas solat I went to pantry utk "lunner" (lunch+dinner) ...
mmg x sempat nak lunch...makanan oncall je la dibedal dgn lahapnyer..
lapar punya pasal kan...
(kat sini... kitorg mkn makanan patient..apa yg patient makan tu la diaorg prepare utk doctor oncall ..so U.N.F.A.I.R!!!!! tu yg kekadang rasa malas je nak makan...x makan pon xpe..
tau jela makanan patient kan...low salt diet la, diabetic diet la..last2 rasa tawar jek...)

then after that emergency department started to get busy again...
yg I tau..bila tgk jam after the last patient, its already 11.30pm...
xsedar pon masa berlalu... baru boleh menarik nafas berehat jap...

So.. I tell my staff nak balik rumah ... mandi!!! (plus lapar...)
My house dkt je..5 min je jln kaki...
Kalo ada emergency case..sempat je i nak lari balik....hehehehe
so balik la ke umah...i reheated makanan kat freezer then naik bilik utk mandi n solat isyak...

1230am...still no call from my staff..ermm seem like a good sign!
but i decided to sleep kat hospital je..anything happen senang n cepat nak handle...
alhamdulillah...kat casualty mmg xde patient...

so i masuk bilik nak tido...
baru je nak landing kat atas katil...
1am my phone bunyi...hospital call... from labour room..
3 new cases to be clark...
so pergila ke bilik bersalin...3 uncomplicated cases..so settle within 45min

balik again to casualty... nampak ada dua org terbaring kat bed...
i clarked the case n did wat was needed..then i masuk bilik utk tido..
mata ni rasa dah berat sgt.... 2am already!

215am...a call from nurse to inform lab result...wateva
back to sleep
230am...another call from ward...

staff nurse : assalamualaikum, maaf doctor mengganggu.. (sopan je kan misi aku..hehehe)
me : waalaikumussalam, xpe... ada apa ye kak
(I try to sound as best as i can..cover2 sora sexy baru bangun tido..hahaha)
staff nurse : Doctor, patient yang doctor admit sbb stroke tu stop breathing la...
Blood preassure dia xdpt nak reading la..bla bla bla...
me : @#$%%^&&***<----ni perkataan2 baik je la..hahahahahaha
(i told my staff wat to do..sementara nak tunggu i dtg)

so...i basuh muka..touch up mana2 yg patut...berlari-larian la ke wad...kaedahnyer wad tu lagi jauh dr rumah aku tau!!! mencik mlm2 nak jln jauh2 nie....waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ("_)
i commenced CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation..tau ke? ala yg mcm kat Tv korg tgk Doc tekan2 dada pesakit especially buat kalo tiba2 kat monitor jantung pesakit jd str8 line....)
after 30minute tetap x reverted..patient succumb to death...("_)

dlm kul 4am..baru settle dgn pesakit ni...
pagi2 dah kena exercise..woit penat tau wat CPR..peluh2...ala2 wat push up jek..believe me!
(sbb tu my biseps well developed..mukakakaka perasan gila!!!)

balik ke casualty ada satu case plak...
boleh pakcik tu tanya aku...

"Doctor bersukan ke mlm2 sampai berpeluh2 camni?"

aku balas dgn senyuman jela kat soklan pakcik tue....dlm hati another %$&*^%$$%# ("p)
ikutkan hati nak je aku lazer pakcik nie..bukan pasal soklan yg mencabar minda tadi..tapi sbb menyusahkan aku pg2 buta...dtg dgn headache and blood pressure yg melambung2 tinggi sbb x makan ubat!!!!
I admit that pakcik yg terlebih peramahnya itu...
habis je I wat the admission...

telepon berbunyi ring ring ring (xde maknanyer...hp aku bunyi lagu MCarey-cant live ok!)

ku angkat ku tanya siapa... (teringat lagu time sekolah rendah dulu)

Another staff nurse from another ward but same problem.... another patient collapse... siap order kat aku lagi.. Dr boleh tolong bawakkan burial permit yg ada kat casualty tu sekali tak?

aiks...dia mcm tau2 je aku tak mampu nak menyelamatkan pesakit tue...

tp mmg nothing much i did to that patient.. HIV +ve patient..relatives pon xnak we aggressively treat the patient..so we just let him go....peacefully..i hope

dekat pukul 5am baru settle dgn patient nie...

letihnyer Allah je yg tau... tapi org kata kalo ikhlas banyak pahala kan..

boleh tampung lompang2 dosa aku yg bertambun2 tue....huhuhu insaf seketika...

i tido pastu tanpa di ganggu bunyi telefon ( kalo bunyi pon i x dgr kot sbb dah tido mati hahaha )

kul 630am...terjaga..so bangun solat subuh,, tgh2 solat tu dpt another call...

so solat pon dah tak khusyuk mana...habis je salam..tgk number hospital..

kluar2 bilik..nampak la sorg pakcik atas katil tgh tercungap2...

OMG!!!! %&*&& perlu ke bad case ...awal2 hari nie!!! WAAAAAAAA!!!

begitulah my oncall day...

tidur makan sekadar yg sempat je...

pening sakit sendiri rawat laa..hehehe

the next day we hav to go to work mcm biasa... another 8am to 5pm office hour...

its very tiring n so stressful!!!

but this is my job...my life...

ikrar yg telah dilafazkan utk mencurah bakti kepada yg memerlukan sebaiknya..

hav been into that situation for 2 years plus by the way

malah situasion yg lagi teruk pon dah pernah hadapi...

Thank Allah... di atas kekuatan yg diberikan dlm menghadapi liku2 kehidupan yg amat2 mencabar ini...

Despite of that tought...i still continue of building up this blog...not necessarily for uol to read...
but more on for me to ventilate my feeling....i guess
kang tension2 boleh aku type pape yg aku tak puas ati kat sini...ye la since i hav no one to share kat sinikan...

Generally my idea is...
to make it as my daily diary..( WHAT? daily!!!! tingginyer cita2) hehehe matila..diary pon xpernah ada..
Ada.... tapi waktu awal2 time buku diari tu tgh cantik je semangat nak tulis..pastue..tau tau je laa..hehehe
but...yup...confidently i say..D.A.I.L.Y!
hahaha thats my target...i know i might not be able to do so... but
kan kata org tua2... aim ur target as high as moon..even if u not reach there it will still land among the stars...
(Eh jap!...bukan bintang lagi jauh dr bumi ke compare to bulan? kan?)
sempat lagi kan nak membantah ckp org tua2 tue...hehehe
